Returns & Exchanges
We hope you fall in love with your purchases but we understand if you fall out of it too.
Returns from the UK:
We always strive to send our goods in perfect condition but we guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with. Please return items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 28 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will exclude postage.
Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products.
Please also note that items must be returned in their original condition with full packaging and all tags still attached. Item(s) without proper tags and packaging or obviously worn, damaged and/or stained item(s) will not qualify for return with a refund; we may not send them back.
When trying on briefs ensure you try them on over your own lingerie - we cannot accept lingerie returns that are worn for hygiene reasons.
We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.
All our items are inspected before dispatch, however, should you receive a faulty or incorrect item please fill out the returns form delivered with your purchase and send it back to us at the returns address below.

When returning item(s) for exchange please note we can only exchange for the same item(s) in a different size. It is not possible to exchange for a different item as all products are made to order. If you would like a different item please request a refund for your returned item(s) and order your desired item once funds are returned to you. Refunds are subject to the returned items being in their original condition with full packaging and all tags still attached. It is your responsibility as the customer to cover all postage costs.
Returns from Outside the UK:
International returns are subject to our UK return policy however you have 45 days upon receipt to return your items. We cannot accept returns after 45 days and you may not receive any refund or exchange.
Bespoke Returns and Exchanges:
Bespoke items, which have been made in the Atelier and facilitated through an online booking or in person meeting, cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. All purchases are final. If you have any queries or complaints please contact us at where we will work together to resolve any issues.
