Who We Are

When we say Mal Amora is a LGBTQA+ brand we really mean it; our founder and head designer is a bisexual androgynous femme who barely feels like a woman after doing all the rigmarole of make-up, hair and clothes. Many members of the team behind the glitz and glamour are wonderful folk from the queer community and embody their truth with pride.

How We Help the Community

The lingerie started from a pair of tucking panties and a realization that there was nothing this fabulous, exquisite, and outrageously retro in the LGBT lingerie market. And if Mal Amora must be the only one so be it, but I’m excited to cater for you and I’m glad you’re here.

We tailor our briefs for all genders, with Female, Transition or Eithercut versions of our designs. Transition is specifically designed for tucking for male to female clientele and Eithercut is our non-binary cut which has more room in the crotch but still looks glamourous and feminine, keeping in spirit with our retro flair. You will find our different cuts in the Boutique in which you can select your desired brief style from the product listing itself.

Look out for these symbols on our brief styles to make sure you're getting the fit right for your body. If you see 3 red hearts it means it can be tailored for all genders!

Giving Back

We’re committed to putting 5% of our profits to LGBTQA+ charities such as the LGBT Foundation, MindOut & Stonewall UK with special limited-edition collections in June and July to celebrate Pride Month. These collections will have a higher portion of their profits going to charity as well as rainbow details.

We are always on the lookout for non-binary and LGBTQA+ folk to collaborate and create with, whether modelling, art, illustration, or photography is your thing. If you’d like to submit your pin-up, burlesque or retro art and/or photography to be featured on our collectable postcards, please get in touch with us at info@mal-amora.com with the subject ‘Art Submission’.
